You must be fluent in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and English.
You must have minimum 6 months work experience within Tourism industry, booking flights and used reservation systems (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre...)

Main responsibilities:
Ensuring accurate bookings of flights, car, insurance and other products
Ensuring a top service is delivered to members at all time
Promoting & maximising the sale of products
Responding to member requests calls from*to members to assist in their holiday arrangements and optimise exchanges
Ensuring all the necessary documentation is accurately completed after each call
Making all booking accurately to eliminate write offs and complaints
Keeping up to date with Policies and Procedures
